2、Material for Needle.The material for meedle of card clothing is of the special steel bright wire,hardened and tempered and rest-proof.This wire we use has ample elasticity and strong tensile strenth.

3、Mounting and Grinding of Fillet.Before mouting the cylinder and doffer should be cleaned thoroughly,trued and balanced accurately;and the crowns of the back of the fillets should be well rebbed in.The mounting should be done as even as possihie to avoid blistering and followed by careful checking and correction.

4、The top flats are already well ground even. If any of the iron bar is found bent,it must be corrected or rejeted.The crowns of needles of top flats should be rebbed in very well.
