Special cleaning clothing1、Before being wrapped,check the card clothing if the models according with the demane of usage,on the same time,check it gets rusty or being brokendown.
2、The card clothing should be wrapped around the bobbin smoothly under tensile stress.
3、The new card clothing elongates when it being used,check and adjust it in time for preventing form being brokendown and demaging the clothsword press.After being used a week,the elongation will be steady and runs normally.
The card clothing must be stored in the wentilated,dry room and keep the distance for away form the ground.The relative humidity is less than 45%.To the rubber character of it,the temperture in room is at 0-35℃，keep it away more than 1 meter form the heater,and avoild directrays of the strong sun.To the stock of the card clothing,it must be spo tested once every half a year.
